Angewandte Chemie Publishes ECUST Latest Progress in Neural Morphology Calculation of Organic Memristors
Recently, cooperated with the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Intelligent Sensing and Detection Technology, the research group of Professor Chen Yao from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, ECUST have made important progress in the field of neuromorphic calculation of organic memristors. The related research article was published online in the international authoritative journal Angewandte Chemie International Edition with the title of “Dual Redox-Active Covalent Organic Framework-Based Memristors for Highly-Efficient Neuromorphic Computing”.
The article is first authored by doctoral candidate Zhang Qiongshan of School of Chemistry, ECUST and is corresponding authored by Associate Professor Zhang Bin from the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Intelligent Sensing and Detection Technology, with East China University of Science and Technology as the only academic affiliation. The research has received guidance from Professor Chen Yao and Professor Xuan Fuzhen and it was funded by the Innovation Group Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, the General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation and the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Project.
